Delivery Information
We deliver PPE & Workwear solutions New Zealand wide. Knowing the cost of lost productivity or downtime is too much for any business to absorb, we work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Ask about All Guard Express – our express, same day delivery service available across the Auckland metro area. (Available for stocked items only).
For local and North Island deliveries, please allow 1-2 days. For South Island deliveries, please allow 2-4 days. For Rural Deliveries, please allow an additional 1-2 days.
One of our team will be in touch asap if there will be a back order or extended stock delay.
We are unable to ship outside of New Zealand. For any export orders, please contact action@allguard.co.nz to discuss freight collection options.

Returns Information
For all returns, please fill out our Returns Form here. For any problems, please contact action@allguard.co.nz.
All returns must be made within 7 days of invoice date, and in original, resaleable condition (including original tags attached & in original packaging). No returns will be accepted without prior approval from All Guard Safety.
A restocking fee of 15% may apply after 7 days.
We are unable to accept returns for any branded garments – with embroidery, digital transfer/screenprints or company logos.
If you believe your goods are a warranty claim, please contact us along with photos of the faulty item. Email action@allguard.co.nz.
