DELIVERY INFORMATION

We deliver PPE and uniform solutions across New Zealand with one goal in mind: keep your people moving and your operations running without unnecessary downtime. When you place an order with All Guard, we work quickly, accurately, and transparently to get it where it needs to go.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • Auckland Metro: Same-day delivery available via All Guard Express (stocked items only).
  • North Island: 1–2 business days
  • South Island: 2–4 business days
  • Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

If any item from your order is on backorder or expected to experience extended delays, one of our team will contact you promptly with updated timelines and options.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Ask us about All Guard Express – our rapid same-day delivery service for stocked items. Perfect for urgent PPE requirements, last-minute uniform needs, and operational deadlines that can’t wait.

Available for Auckland Metro area only.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are unable to ship orders outside New Zealand.
For export requirements or third-party freight collection, please contact action@allguard.co.nz to discuss available options.

RETURNS INFORMATION.

We want you to receive exactly what you need, every time. If something isn’t right, our returns process is simple and transparent.

To start a return, please complete our Returns Form below. For assistance, contact action@allguard.co.nz.

RETURNS CONDITIONS

  • Returns must be lodged within 7 days of invoice date.
  • Items must be in original, resaleable condition, including tags attached and original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from All Guard Safety.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns requested after 7 days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To protect branding integrity and custom work, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Branded garments (embroidery, digital transfer, screenprint, or company logos)
  • Any customised or made-to-order items

WARRANTY CLAIMS

If you believe your item is faulty or does not meet expected standards, please contact us with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
